Two individuals are now facing charges following a luggage theft where a substance thought to be pepper spray led to people being hurt at the major London air hub.

These accusations come after an probe of an attack at the multi-storey car park at Heathrow's Terminal Three on the weekend. Before the assault occurred, two female travelers had their luggage taken after getting out of a car park lift, according to law enforcement.
A toddler was among those injured during the incident. Five people required hospital care and were subsequently released.
