Miami Heat and Trail Blazers Earn Initial Wins After Recent Arrests
Miami put up 86 opening half points versus the Grizzlies
The Heat secured a crushing 146-114 win against the Grizzlies in their initial NBA game since player Terry Rozier was detained for suspected illegal gambling.
Portland Trail Blazers head coach Chauncey Billups was also arrested in connection with a broad federal investigation into illegal gambling. The two individuals contest the allegations.

NBA Commissioner Adam Silver 'Disturbed' over Recent Events

"Therefore, we've been cooperating since then. And, of course, what they announced recently was an indictment.
"Moreover 30 months later, he still hasn't been convicted of anything, in fairness to Terry.
"Clearly, it appears unfavorable, but he's been suspended, and so it is a balance in this case between upholding rights and conducting an inquiry."
